Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the food was amazing, especially the Indian dishes and the Sri Lankan breakfast. The staff were quite hospitable, especially the security personnel who went out of their way to help me. On the other hand, my initial room had cleanliness issues and bed bugs, which was unsettling. The restaurant service did lack in speed at times, and some food didn't meet expectations. Overall, it's a decent place if you're seeking good food and a friendly atmosphere but watch out for room cleanliness.
My experience at the hotel had its ups and downs. While my room was decent and I enjoyed the delicious Indian-inspired food, the overall ambiance was lacking and the service could've been better. The manager wasn't very pleasant, which was a disappointing aspect of my stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the location is fantastic, close to a beautiful beach, and the rooms are equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning. On the other hand, the cleanliness was quite poor, and I had a lot of troubles with mosquitoes. The restaurant service was slow, which took away from my overall experience.
I recently stayed at the Green Park Hotel, and I have mixed feelings. The location is quite nice, facing Dutch Bay, but the hotel's cleanliness could use some improvement. The dining experience was generally good, especially their delicious Sri Lankan set breakfast, although service can be a bit slow. The rooms were decent and comfortable but didn’t have all the amenities I expected for the price. Overall, while it's a budget-friendly option, it's not perfect if you’re looking for a thoroughly maintained place.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, the staff truly stood out with their excellent assistance, and I appreciated the presence of a generator during a power outage. However, the room was quite basic and the dining options left room for improvement. Overall, for the value and helpfulness of the staff, I would consider staying here again.
